1. The basics

By using gadgetopia.shop, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to place an order, or have a parent/guardian who agrees on your behalf.

3. Products and prices

We do our best to describe products accurately, but listings may contain typos, errors, or slightly different supplier images than what ships. Prices are subject to change at any time. If we accidentally misprice an item, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full before fulfillment.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we ship it, not when you place it. We may cancel and refund orders for fraud, address issues, or stock-out without notice.

7. Warranties & liability

Products are sold "as is" except where we explicitly state a manufacturer warranty. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

8. Intellectual property

Site content (logos, copy, design) belongs to Gadgetopia. Product images may belong to suppliers. Don't copy our brand assets for resale.

9. Acceptable use

No fraud, scraping, abusive behavior, chargebacks for goods you received and kept, or attempts to exploit our return policy.

10. Dispute resolution

If we can't work something out by email, disputes are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, and resolved in Delaware courts or binding arbitration at our option.
