Products marked "Ships from US" on the product page ship from our US partner warehouse in 3–5 days. All others ship from our global supplier network in 7–12 business days.
When you'll get tracking
Within 48 hours of your order. Tracking arrives via email and SMS (if opted in).
Delays & lost packages
If tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours, email hello@gadgetopia.shop with your order number and we'll chase the carrier directly. If a package is lost in transit (no movement for 14+ days), we'll resend or refund — your choice, no questions.
Customs & duties
US orders: no duties. International orders (rolling out Q3): any customs duties are the customer's responsibility per local law.
