30 days. No questions. No restocking fees.


The short version

  • 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • No restocking fees, ever.
  • Damaged or defective? We replace same-day. Keep the original.
  • Refunds hit your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@gadgetopia.shop with your order number and a one-line reason.
  2. We'll reply within 24h with the return address and a prepaid label (for damaged/defective items) or instructions (for change-of-mind returns).
  3. Drop it at any USPS or UPS location.
  4. Once we see it back in transit, we issue the refund — no need to wait for it to arrive.

Damaged or defective

If your gadget arrives damaged, broken, or DOA, send one photo to hello@gadgetopia.shop within 7 days. We'll ship a replacement immediately at our cost. You keep the damaged unit.

Change of mind

Don't love it? Send it back within 30 days, unused, in original packaging. We cover the return shipping for orders $50+. For orders under $50, return shipping is the customer's responsibility (~$5–8 USPS).

What can't be returned

  • Items damaged by customer use or misuse
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Gift cards and final-sale promotional items (clearly marked at checkout)

Wrong item shipped

Our fault, our fix. Photo + order number to hello@gadgetopia.shop and we ship the correct item the same day plus a 15% credit on a future order.
