How long does shipping take?

Standard US shipping is 7–12 business days. Express (from our US partner warehouse, available on select products) is 3–5 business days.

When will I get tracking?

Within 48 hours of your order. We send it via email and SMS if you opted in at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free US standard shipping on all orders over $35.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery, no questions, no restocking fees. See Returns & Refunds.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email a photo to hello@gadgetopia.shop within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement the same day. Keep the damaged unit.

Where are your products shipped from?

A mix: some items ship from our US partner warehouse (marked "Ships from US"), others from our vetted global supplier network. We tell you upfront on every product page.

Do you offer warranties?

Electronics carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty handled by us. Just email us with your order number if anything fails within the year.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you email us within 2 hours of ordering. After that, the order is in the warehouse and we can't pull it back — but you can return it for a full refund once it arrives.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently US-only. Canada, UK, EU, and AU rollout planned for Q3.
